"Put your oxygen mask on yourself, before assisting others?"
Well, this is how I feel about my morning cup of coffee. It is my oxygen mask. Before that cup, I am useless to others.
And the first sip...oh yeah!
After my morning essential elixir, I feel ready to face the day!

It's genetic. I am the father of OLD SCHOOL/NEW SCHOOL MOM and I don't make any sense until I have my morning coffee.
I drink a crazy amount of coffee . My 2 yr old knows not to bother mommy before my coffee and newspaper, and he says " medium coffee with milk, please." when we drive up to the Tim Hortons drive thru
Dad- I think you're right. Also "I learned it from watching you!" I told you I was a child of the 80's!
Sara- He learns quickly! I wish we had a drive thru Tim Hortons here!
Oh we have a plenty, much more affordable Than the crackbucks....and TH gives you free timbits (donut holes) for your dog
Ah Crackbucks! They are just that. I don't like their warm beverages and as a general rule I prefer mom and pop coffee places. But, I have to admit I do like their iced coffee. Maybe because it waters down the strength of the battery acid.
Also, dog donut holes? Genius, I tell you!
Comments from a total coffee addict...had to give up my 9 cups of black coffee a day. Didn't think I would survive. Now a tea addict. Coping okay. But one sip and.....
Today, I was trying to remember life before coffee. Somehow, I managed to get up in the morning, but I have to say that it is much easier with that steaming cup.
Oh man, I got to have my coffee too :)
